Moderators aren't 'admin' and there is no policy which requires Moderators (who are unpaid volunteers) to respond to every post on the forum.

Moderators aren't logged onto the forum 24/7. We all have family, work and other commitments and a life away from Immigration Boards and are free to choose whether they respond in a thread or not.

Please respect this.

I'm not sure what exactly you were 'waiting for' in my response.....but NOWHERE in any of my 23,231 posts on the forum have I stated that members can share their contact details on the open forum

CR001 is female and as with all Moderators, there is no requirement to reply to ALL questions posted on the forum. The role of the Moderator is to ensure the smooth running of the forum...not to have the answer to all posts.

Members who have built a reputation and are considered to have made a valuable contribution on the forum over a considerable length of time, are invited to take on the role of Moderator.

Am also a female who is trying to get valuable inputs regarding sponsorship from people who already might have faced the same experience like me. I know few of them replied to my post but ramgoel is trying to reach me to explain more which even i feel that is very important. I tried to post my mail id couple of times but it was removed by the moderator @CR001 . As you mentioned that the role of the moderator is to ensure smooth running forum what makes wrong in sharing the email id.
It would be easy to discuss it over the phone/email with the personal experience.
