H1 Visa

H1 Visa

If i start the process to obtain a H1 visa, how long do you think that process would take, can i stay legally in the USA while its in process (Currently on B2 tourist visa)?
If my spouse wanted to come and live in USA, how do i get them the permit to work? Realise an H4 visa is non-working visa, but is there another way? Or do they have to be sponsored also!!!

A very skilled and hard working person, who is getting very dis-illusioned by the complexity and bureaucracy of the country..

In your other post you say you are on an L2 visa.
