Dear Members,
I just went through the new online Set (O) form. As the supporting document for job creation, there are several boxes to tick, including payslips, RTI, Employee Payment Record. I am not sure what is Employee Payment Record as I think payslips and RTI (FPS) are already sufficient? Also is it compulsory to submit P45 if the staff has left the job after 12 months time?
