T1 E to ILR Employee Payment Record Document

Dear Members,

I just went through the new online Set (O) form. As the supporting document for job creation, there are several boxes to tick, including payslips, RTI, Employee Payment Record. I am not sure what is Employee Payment Record as I think payslips and RTI (FPS) are already sufficient? Also is it compulsory to submit P45 if the staff has left the job after 12 months time?

You dont have to tick all the boxes. Only the ones relevant to you. Assuming you did not take up or joined an exisiting business, all you need is:
1) RTI FPS
2) Employee passport copies
3) Wage slips

P45 not required
