Will School fine effect ILR

Hi,

My ILR is due on May 2021. I am on ICT Tier 2 which is on pre-rules Apr 2010 where I get unlimited extensions. And so I am going on 10 year route for my ILR.

My question may sound stupid but I dont want to take any risk as my wait is already so long.

1. If my child does not go to school and the School people intimate the council and they fine me for that, will this have any effect on ILR?

2. Will the school/council fine for NOT attending the school effect my child's ILR?

3. What traffic offences are considerd for ILR as I have heard the parking fines are ok?

Wanted to be clear on such things. Thanks in advance.

Only court convictions that are recorded on your criminal record affect ILR. Fines and parking tickets do not do anything, unless remain unpaid or challenged in the court
