Mistake in my tier 4 dependents visa after paying for ihs

I was applying for my tier 4 visa and for my dependents too and i have paid for our health surcharge yesterday. This morning i want to to pay for visa fees found out i made a mistake in dependents travel history if he was refused and i said No and he was refused US visa.what do i do now. I can't apply without them. Do i cancel the application? What about the health charges paid already please help me urgent. Thanks
