EU PARTNER

I am a non EU living with my EU Partner for about 3 years, i have a 5 years EU member resident permit and we have a daughter.
She has decided to go back to her country with our daughter by April.
What can i do stop to her from taking my daughter out of the UK ?

You should seek advice from a Solicitor specialising in family law.

However, you should be aware that once your partner leaves the UK, your right to remain in the UK as an Extended Family Member (EFM) will cease.
(Casa, not CR001)

When you say partner do you mean wife or gf? Not really my place to say but as you have been married for three years and you do end up getting a divorce you might be able to stay with a retained right of residence as long as your wife has been exercising her treaty rights for the three years.Regarding your daughter as Casa said you need a proper lawyer.
