Refusal record in the data base

I am an Indian national. I was refused for UK student visa in 23rd of May 2005. Still is there any record in the UK immigration data base. If so, How long the data base contains this record?

Anyone who knows about it, please let me know.

No one knows. You are entitled to make a Subject Access Request (SAR) to know about it
