Scanned copies as ILR documentation

Hi ,
I have small query on ILR documentation and here it is
Are the printouts taken from scanned copies are accepted as support documentation for ILR?
I have received the the following scanned copies from my employer
1. ILR reference letter (details about salary, nearest applicable SOC code, working hours)
2. Letter from employer detailing reasons for UK absences
I am planning to take prints of the above scanned documents and submit them.

I want to cross check with you regarding this before I attend biometric appointment scheduled this Thursday.

Quick response is appreciated as I am nearing my appointment.

They must be original. They will be scanned at the appointment

You take printouts and get the HR team at previous employer to stamp it if they do not issue letters in any form other than email. If thety will not stamp it then you might have some issues proving validity..

Worst case I would just submit the digital letter online and take printout to appointment. Home Office / UKVI can perform their own investigations as it is not a fraudulent document.

I have submitted the application.

All the documents I hold were soft copies and I uploaded them to the UKVCAS site as mentioned in the application the day before my appointment. Soft copies include Employer documents, Bank statment and payslip
I also opted document verification service too, just for my peace of mind.

At the appointment, I was asked to do biometrics at the self checkouts and then was sent to another bay . There the lady checked UKVCAS site and confimed that all the documents I uploaded were of expected quality and to the relevant section and asked me for consent to submit my application.
Overall it was not more than 20 mins.

To the question if scanned copies are accepted, I would say yes and one dont need to carry anything except appointment letter and passport if one is confident that he uploaded all the documents suggested.

Finally I received an email to day that my ILR was granted. I fyling in the sky now .

Scanned copies are okay but most people get wet signature and true copy certified versions to convince home office and get the decision soon.

If they have any element of doubt over your electronic copies uploaded they will launch an investigation which will delay things.

Hence, it is recommended to do as much as you can in your sphere of control to make things easier.

Also what was your submission date and interview date, would be good to know route to ILR also.

Good Stuff...do we need to write any covering letter ?

what documents you have submited, looking at application there is no meontioned how many months we need to submit payslip or bank statement.
