ILR_Tier 2_Form_Travel history (UK)

Hi guys,
I hope you could give me some hint on an area of the form. Just not sure what to fill in:
Travel history (UK)
Have you ever been:
refused a visa for the UK
deported from the UK
removed from the UK
required to leave the UK
refused entry at the UK border

I have never applied a travel visa to the UK but my Tier 2 LTR renewal application was refused at the first time due to some errors on salary. I was granted through the second application after some amendments to the documents.

So is this question asking for any refusal in general or just travel visa to UK? Shall I choose yes or no?

I would still declare it and explain in the reason provided that you were granted a visa eventually. Better to be truthful.
