Post by Alikhan99 » Sun Feb 03, 2019 9:06 am

A - C greater than equal to C (income support)

As per 2018/2019 benefits rates what should be the value of "C" for family of 4. A couple and two children age 2 and 12.

My spouse is in uk and is getting carer allowance and universal credit and her weekly income is £ 566
And she is paying rent plus council Tax 282.
A (566) - B (282) > C (?)
Please help. What should i take the value of C and do she qualifies so i can apply for spouse visa as per financial exemption criteria.
