Successful application for ILR under Tier 2, only one month bank statement supplied

Post by madimm » Wed Jan 02, 2019 12:30 pm

Hi all,

I'd like to share a bit of experience to thank the forum as I learned so much during the past several applications.

The new stuff I learned from this application are:

1. When they ask you for 1 month bank statement and payslip, you don't need to provide 3 months.
2. After you had the ILR, your dependants can still apply visa extensions via your original route, for me, it's Tier 2. So my wife applied Tier 2 extension after I had ILR so she can collect a total 5 years under the same category.

Hi

Congratulations!!!

When you say passport pages having UK arrival stamps, does it mean when you came initially only that stamp or stamps of every trip outside UK you would have made after coming to UK?

Old passport - did it contain your UK tier 2 general visa?

Had you been to other countries on short trips before entering UK? If yes, had you entered the details for all those countries?

What did you submit for the declaration?

Hi Madimm
Congrulations...
When did you got your ILR based on Tier 2. Also how many months PaySlip and how many years P60 you submitted.
Also in the company letter for Travel History, did you mentioned about the Destination country or just put like Paid annual Leaves etc.

Thanks

I'm applying next week at London Premium Lounge using the same. 1 payslip (Jan) and Jan bank statement (Jan 10 - Feb 5, stamped by the bank).
