Re: Appendix 2 - Part 3A - Financial requirements

Post by shah185 » Wed Jan 02, 2019 4:17 pm

Hi Seagul,

Hope you are well, I would appreciate if you could comment on the following please.

I just wanted to double check if my following timeline is OK, I mean I am not in breach of 28 days rule.

My last bank statement is dated 30 November, last payslip is dated 30 November, employer letter is dated 01 December, and landlord letter is dated 7 December.

I submitted online application on 11 December, initially biometric was booked on 23 December but needed to change the date and re-booked this on 02 January. Biometric has been done today on 02 January 2019. I am posting all documents from UK on the 07 January for HO to receive on 08 January.

I would appreciate if you could confirm the above dates are all OK and within the HO timeline.

Many thanks

Shah

Dear all.

My wife applied for her spouse visa about a month ago, I have submitted all the documents on 08 January 2018.

The problem is, my company has become a private limited company from a public limited company Just after I have submitted the documents to Sheffield.
The name of the company has changed from ABC PLC to ABC Limited. The company has also changed their address.

Do you think I should let Home Office know of the above change?

All of our phones are on divert, so if they call HR, I am sure this will be picked up.

Thanks,

Shah

Further information required email

Post by shah185 » Tue Feb 26, 2019 2:13 pm

Dear members,

My wife applied for spouse visa in December 2018 from Bangladesh, My wife has received an email this morning from home office requesting sponsor’s (mine) 4 months’ payslip (although I have provided these initially for sure), it says you can you can send these documents to UKVINewDelhi.VisaDocumentsRequests@fco.gov.uk.

My question is if I send an email obviously I can just send a scan copy. Do you think it is worth sending the originals as well to Sheffield address?

I would appreciate a quick response

Thank you

Shah

Hi Members,

My wife has now received the following email from UKVI, possibly she will be sent a text within the next few days to collect her passport, just by looking at the following email, is it possible to get an idea if visa is granted or rejected, some says that if it is refused the generic email is worded differently?

I don’t believe there is a hint in the wording of any emails or text. You just need to collect passport and see. Good luck.

I feel like recently they have been doing it quicly, at least for Bangladeshi applicants. Our applications I beleive are being processed from NewDelhi. Initially you are required to send documents to Sheffield address, Sheffield office then allocated applications to their other decision making offices.
