Date on consent to verify form - urgent!

I didn't realise I needed this for set(m) and I'm still not convinced I do. However we signed and uploaded yesterday, dated yesterday, 3 days after the online app date and a couple days before the biometric appointment.

Is that OK? I know a payslip can't be dated after the app date but what about something like the consent to verify form?
