Combining 2 categories for ILR

Post by Luckydee77 » Fri Feb 08, 2019 8:20 pm

Hi everyone.
I’m new to this forum and I’m hoping someone will be able to help me with my query.Last year I started a new job in May but unfortunately I had to leave it in September 2018.Since then I haven’t had any employment but I'm due to start a new employment on the 12th February for a part time job (permanent contract).
My current FLR expires on the 15 th of June 2019 and I am planning to apply closer to May or early June.
My husband is self-employed and we’re planning to use both of our incomes towards the income requirement.
He has been trading under his new company since March last year. My question is as I am making my application around May/June does he have to rely on the financial year 2018-2019?
As far as my previous employment's concern (from May to September 2018) through which my gross pay was £5,242.68 and with my new job starting soon. Would this qualify for a category B?
Provided I can use my income, can we use my cat B income along with my husband's self-employed income (possibly Category F)?
I hope someone can answer my questions.
Many thanks.

UKVI has a guide on the financial requirement: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... _Final.pdf

Thank you. I have read it multiple times but it’s still quite unclear for me in regards to our situation.
I really hoped that someone might give me more clearer response therefore I posted it here.
