Tier2 ICT LongTerm Child Consent Letter

Hi all,

Me and my husband traveled to UK on Tier2 ICT LongTerm Migrant and Dependent VISA respectively 2 months back.

We now want to process dependent Visa for my both kids aged 7 years and 3 years.

One of us will travel back to India to bring them here after getting VISA for them.

Could you send me the Consent letter format to submit to UK Embassy, to allow guardian with my kids for Visa stamping and to allow one of us to travel with them.
