Dependent to Tier 2 General

Hi Experts,

I am in Dependent Visa. I am the Director of a private limited company.

I understand that I can switch to Tier 2 General from my home country.

I would like to know if there will be any issue with my Tier 2 application due to my limited company?

Please advise.
