There is no extended family member visa if you are the dependent of a British citizen. This is only for a dependent of an EEA national.

What is your full immigration history in the UK :?:

Edit: I can see in another thread that you have said your wife is an EU citizen. Which is correct? :? :?:

If the British national in question is your uncle, then you do not qualify as a family member. You need to be either a spouse, child, parent, or, be in very specific circumstances where due to ill health your need the long term care of your uncle AND this care is not available in your current country of residence.

Simply being financially dependent on your uncle does not qualify you to apply.

Note to moderator: Does this need to be moved out of the EEA route applications and into the Immigration for Family members section?
My posts express what I believe are the facts, based on the best of my knowledge, about the topics discussed in this forum. They do not constitute immigration advice.
