No , i think you misunderstood my question. this leave to remain is for 2 n half years. i am from pakistan i aplyed for asylum as a pakistani it was refused but now am granted visa on my children 7 year base. if i vist my country in these 2 years will there be any difficulty for extention in future , if home office raise a question why have you been ghere if you applyed asylum before
I know. That is what I said. Lets say if your assylum was accepted you would have got a leave to remain for 5 years. Your BRP would have said “Refugee”. In that case, going back to Pakistan would have been a problem. Also, Pakistani consulate would create problems to issue you a new passport.
But now you have been granted visa on a different route, that is child route and your BRP does not even say “refugee”. So I personally think you should be okay as your visa category is not refugee now, it has been accepted on child route. Also, its easier to get a new pakistani passport in this case. If you will tell Pakistani consulate you claimed assylum, they will create problems to issue you a new passport.
This is just my personal opinion.
