Post by tahir42007 » Sat Feb 16, 2019 1:07 am

hello i was married to an eea national since feb 2014 and got my residence permit in may 2014 for 5 years. we got a child who is going to be 5 years old in few months. i have been married to my wife for more than 5 months i am in a position where it is really hard for me to stay with her anymore. i still go n visit her n my son but got a separate flat. i got my separate flat few days ago i dont want to ask my wife to help me apply for permanent residence but my residence card is expiring soon and just want to know what my options are . i mean even after divorce do i need to ask her for work payslip ? she is working for all that time. is there any option where i can apply for anything without asking her help ? regards to child we agree on 50 50 custody any answers will be really appreciated

You will need her help with ID card and employment history for the 5-years of your marriage.
