UK Tier 2 Visa holder: Child born in India

Hi There,

My husband is Tier 2 visa holder in UK valid till Aug 2019. Our child is born in India and whne she is 4 months we are taking her to UK. Please could someone help me with the required documents to be submitted while applying for her UK visa.
