HI every one I'm just wondering if is possible to change the status visa for my Junior Brother and Sister they are age 12 and 14 they came into the country with a 6 month Visiting Visa.
I'm British and my wife is Italian, the reason why I want them to stay is to have a better Education and also I lost my Dad few years ago and my mum couldn't handle them any more.
My question is, is possible to change the Visa and if so where should I start from or do they need to go back Home to reapply for a fresh visa. any advice is much welcome from the forum.
