Hi. My husband just receive his EEA family member resident card and all the document what we send, but not his passport. The things is he send to the Home Office in 3 years ago when he apply 1 time, but refused. Last year we try the new lawyer and she help to get for him the resident card. So now we don't know what to do, because the lawyer on holiday so she college call us when the card arrive. Somebody know why the home office don't send back the passport? Thanks
