Tier 4 dependent

Post by Payalaggarwal1 » Wed Feb 20, 2019 7:15 pm

Hello,

I am a dependent of my husband who is on a tier 4 student visa. I currently work. Our visas end in 2021 however my husband is thinking of going back to his country after he completes his PHD this December. Does that mean I will have to leave even if my visa isn't expiring until 2021? Can I still stay in my current visa?

Thanks 😁

Yes.

No. If the main migrant leaves the UK, someone with a visa as their dependant needs to leave too.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.
