UK Intial Application Question

Hi ,

I am currently on Work permit in UK and want to apply for Tier 1 program.I have got mixed earnings as I was in UK last year June 2007 to Oct 2007 and then I have again come back in Mid may this year 2008.I need some guidance I should apply under what section for Tier1.If I apply under the section where I am in UK and want to extend or switch my migration then how can secure points for my earnings.I have decent earnings in UK and good salary in india so I am unable to take action on the earnings part.I belive I can claim for the previous experience in UK only when I show my last 12 months income in UK.Please help me that.

2. Use the Tier 1 self-assessment tool to figure out your earnings in the 12 months and how many points you will get.
3. Use the search tool to find more information posted by other members who applied and switched to Tier 1 with UK and non-UK earnings. Loads of information related to your queries is already available.
