visa documents final checklist

Asalam o Alikum guys,

finally gathered everything and ready to submit online application and pay. Please someone who has applied for visa/experienced members give my list a last check.

Below is my checklist.
(I am applicant and my husband is British citizen )

Section 4: Proof of Financial Eligibility
Company Letter Showing Length of Employment and Salary
6 Months of Pay Slips (latest payslip )
Bank Statements (sep 2018 - feb 2018 )


Section 5: Proof of Accommodation and Address
Letter of Permission from Parents
Official Title Register of Property
House Inspection Report
Council Tax Bill (dated 7th Jan 2017)
Utility Bills on Parents Name (Gas, Water, Landline)


Section 6: Proof of Genuine and Subsisting Relationship

Also i forgot to mention i applied two times visit visa in 2015 before marriage and in 2017 after marriage will it effects on my spouse visa application ?

Regarding your Section 4, does the letter from employer detail all of the following:

(b) A letter from the employer(s) who issued the payslips at paragraph 2(a) confirming:
(i) the person’s employment and gross annual salary;
(ii) the length of their employment;
(iii) the period over which they have been or were paid the level of salary relied upon in the application; and
(iv) the type of employment (permanent, fixed-term contract or agency).


And do your bank statements cover the last 6 months? Your 6 months salary payslips also need to match amounts on the bank statements.

on letter its mentioned that my husband is permanent employer and
his current salary that is: 21840

joining date
current position
standard house per week

and do your bank statements cover the last 6 months? Your 6 months salary payslips also need to match amounts on the bank statements(yes it covers last 6 months both pay slips and bank statements.
is there anything else we need to certified from bank ?

The employer letter seems fine.

If bank statements are official paper statements from the bank they are fine. If you’ve printed from online banking they need stamping/certifying as genuine by the bank branch.

Same applies for payslips, if they’re printed from online the employer letter needs to confirm they are genuine and/or stamp payslips also.

bank statements are printed on official paper by bank but payslips are printed from online and my husband got his employer letter yesterday we didn't know that online payslips need to be stamped.so need to sort out this thingy.
