hi i am a british born citizen and i will be marrying a indian national in hong kong on the 07/03/2019 she wil be applying for a spouse visa to live with me in the uk,my question is can she apply for the visa before the marriage she wanted to apply on the 25/02/2019 pay for the application to be fast tracked which takes a week so we were told and this should mean she can fly home with me on the 08/03/2019 i will be there on holiday from the 01/03/2019 does this seem correct.

No. The application can only be submitted once the marriage has taken place.
