Do you have any investment in premises, the building is not yours, you merely lease it, so why do you want to say Yes and risk refusal. The answer should be NO

Could you please help how to answer this question in the application ??

Does the value of any accommodation form part of any investment in premises that are also used for business ??? i should answer YES OR NO ?

I am paying rent for my home which i also use for business so should i say yes and type the value of rent here ??

Please advice
Is the rent being paid by you personally or paid from your business ? If it is the latter, the answer is still NO but it would most probably be considered as your drawings from the business and reduced from the investment.

If it is included in the company account as expenses, then it is effectively your remuneration (at least a part of it). So, it will be deducted from your investment amount.

The answer to the question is still NO because you have not invested into residential property.

Sure, you can. But why would you want to do that ?
