Applied for ILR Route : 22/11/2018 ( POST ) - Tier 2 General 5 years route (Dependants)
Date application sent : 26/11/2018
Document received by HO : 27/11/2018
Ack letter received (if applicable) : Never received any ack email or letter
Biometric Letter received : (Not Applicable ) - 22/11/2018
Date Biometrics Enrolled : 26/11/2018
Payment Debited : 22/11/2018
Approval/Refusal Letter Date : waiting
Documents Received= waiting
BRP Card Received : waiting

Very Frustrating 3 months completed and no progress or any kind of acknowledgement received.
any one can guide, if we can reach HO to atleast get confirmation about documents received by them and any kind of CASE ID details for reference

You will not get updates at all. UKVI provide no further information. You must wait to hear back as the official time frame is 6 months

That's very in-humane of HO, i dont mind paying for getting at least a response from them

Have you tried to call them. I think after three months of waiting, you can call to find out what is going on especially because they didn’t send an acknowledgment which should actually be a normal first response
