Passport expiry two months after ILR

Post by sacbmth » Fri Feb 22, 2019 10:09 pm

Hi guys,

My passport is due to expire in early May and I can apply for ILR in a couple of weeks. I will have little over two months left on my passport around the time I'm aiming to submit my ILR application via Super priority service. I was wondering if there's a requirement to have at least six months left on passport at the time of applying for ILR? I'm hoping to get a result swiftly as I believe my case is pretty straight forward but you never know.

Any thoughts?

Thanks.

No such requirement. Passport must be valid the day you submit your application. That is all
