Tier 2: child visa depedentant: failed to add TB certificate

Hi,

We had done our child’s visa interview but did not produce a TB certificate. She is just 3 months old.
Could someone advice if there would be a call from immigration team asking for the TB certificate... or will this be considered as a visa refusal.

Any response is highly appreciated.
