ILR query(Child Benefit)

Post by raghavg » Sun Feb 24, 2019 4:58 pm

Hello Friends,

I am on ILR and I will be applying for my wife's ILR soon
We have a boy of 2 years. We have been receiving child benefit of £80.20 per month.

My question is will this effect the ILR application of my wife?

Will be grateful to you if I can get some advise on this.

Many Thanks

raghav

No, providing you are claiming child benefit in your name only.

No problem if you are the claimant.

Thank you Casa for your reply.

Actually i am not sure if I am the claimant or my wife is.

If my wife is the claimant, does it effect her ILR application ..??

Thanks for your time.
