I am very confused on one requirement for the letter from the HR office "the period over which the person has been paid the level of salary stated in their application" my contract has changed about 5 times over the last year, this was due to xxxx removing nightshift in my store. I moved from a 39-hour contract to 18, then over the next few months, I got my contract up to 39 hours again but with multiple contract changes. Even when I went to an 18-hour contract I still worked around 39 hours because there was always overtime available. On my current contract which I signed in September 2018, I earn £18,967 but over the last 12 months, I have due to overtime earned £19,117.28. Am I not sure what they are asking?
