ILR refused and reapplying again help wanted

Hi

My pr application rejected back in December 18 on the ground of employer didn't pay the experienced salary according to my soc code, since then company has renewied my wages now i have 2 months payslip with new salary and meet my requirements. My question is do the Employer mention in the letter why the salary is increased as this is my second hike in 6months time? Do we need to do provide any other documents?

My soc code is 1135, salary history 35500 from 01.09.2017, 36800 from 01.10.2019 and increased again due to visa refusal and to meet soc experienced wages on dec 18 into 38800. We got the current visa till dec 19. Any advise would be helpful. Thank you
