Accountant Certificate/report

Hi, I am going to apply for my wife's visa extension. I am a qualified accountant and have an accountancy practice. I will be using my practice accounts with payslips and dividend vouchers to fulfil financial requirements. My only question is, the home office does ask for qualified accountants report/certificate with company accounts. Will they accept if I provide my own practice report/certificate or shall I get an independent accountant's certificate?
And, I have filled an employment section for employment income as a director of my company and non-employment section for dividend income from my company. Are both sections are right?

Well As per guidance given, if you company has un-audited accounts which i think you might have you must have an independent accountant to certified your accounts.
Also in general speaking, no professional can certified its own work.
