Well i want to find if i am qualify to apply for EEA4 application .
Married December 2014 but visa refuse may 2015 COA received with right to work and apply again july 2015 COA with right to work refuse again feb 2016. I apply for appeal feb 2016. Win my appeal april 2017 and visa issue may 2017. Which will expire 2022.
December 2014 to December 2019 will make it five years i have been married with my wife and she is working full time since 2014 till date ? . Can i apply for EEA4 ?or do i need to wait for my visa expires?
