I am trying to book a premium appointment to submit my Tier 1 Entrepreneur ILR application in London Lounge under the new system , but I couldn't get through . Please advise

You need to explain your problem a little more. Tier 1E applicants cannot use the priority services and should use the standard service.

You can book a premium london lounge appointment for biometrics yes but you cant opt for super priority for Tier 1 (ent). You have to go through standard route.
