Update to Settled Status: applications from abroad, EEA, Surinder Singh, Zambrano

Today's update to the Immigration rules by the Home Office includes the following changes to Settled Status - as of 30.03.19, open to:

* EEA citizens
* Surinder Singh family members
* Zambrano carers
* Applications from abroad.
