Eu Treaty files waiting time - EU1 or EU1A

They have advised me by email that they usually send out acknowledgment letters 8-9 weeks after receipt of application. It's 9th week this week so I'm hoping that it'll arrive this week!

I just emailed INIS. They sent an automated response stating that acknowledgement letters could take up to 12 weeks and current processing times are 10 months.

My understanding was that the EU rules require a decision in 6 months.

Got a confirmation letter today. Decision due by 12/05/2019.

They also asked for some documents I had already sent. They even listed them in the list of documents I had already sent. I'll send them again anyway.

Date of Acknowledgement letter sent: 15th Oct along with the request for proof of relationship
Date of Stamp 4 received: 22nd October
Submitted requested documents: mid of November
Date of final approval or refusal: still waiting

Here's an update of my EU1 application:

Acknowledgment letter with Temporary stamp approval: 05/02/2019 with request for RTB and Utility bills under both the applicant and spouse's name. (These I already have, was just waiting for them to send the acknowledgment letter so that I can refer to their reference number when I send them.)

Final Decision: Pending

Eu1a review application in may 2017 got a temporary stamp in jan 2018 for 11 months
Deceaion was due in 11,2018
But department keep me waiting and yesterday i got a letter you’re application is not our system make a new application they send me eu1 form even my caae is family dependent my application form is eu1a not eu1.its been 3 years now they asking me to submit again.
Need help already wait years.

Hi guys so I submitted my EU1 form on 12 Feb via registered post and I have tracked it and it says delivered.
I've been in contact with the EU Treaty Rights office via email on and off. A few days ago, I asked them do I need to write a supporting letter so I can send in the additional documents that we couldn't send in, in our application on 12 Feb. Someone emailed and asked me for both our names and then said since the application has not been processed, she suggested I send in the document with a letter stating our names and date of application. I sent in yesterday via registered post.

Today someone emailed me saying they received my correspondence and that they haven't received my initial application. They've asked for my tracking number and then said they received mail on 12 Feb. I asked them to confirm if it is my application they said no. Has anyone of you experienced this?

I have emailed them asking what should I do now.

If you applied in September the deadline should be this month (six months from application).

Apparently the due date means very little to the EU treaty right people.
I emailed them but they only said "a decision will be sent to you before your temporary visa's expiry date (May 27, 2019)"
