Wife's ready family permit

Mine and my wife's realtion ship isn't working she's never worked and will not work. And she wants too leave the country and apply for warfare when she's back ... we have gave her application for an eea family permit she is a resident in the UK originally from Pakistan ...
Can I send a letter to the home office to cancel her visa without getting a letter back stating I asked for it too be cancelled?

What is your status ? How is she is eligible to apply for an EEA residence permit ?
