Hi All

I need some assistance in applying my wife ILR-SET(M). Please see below case history and queries

*Entry clearacne visa - on spouse of settled person - 5year bases- issued on 28th Feb 2014
*Arrived in UK 06th April 2014
*Visa extended in some where Nov 2016 - and still visa is valid till May 2019
* Please correct me if I am wrong that we can apply 28 days before the end of 5 year period in UK - means we can apply now as of 08th March 2019 ? we are thinking to submit the application at the weekend.

* I am in permenant salaried employmnet from the last 10 years and my salary is well above the required 18600 GBP. My wife also started working as a temporary salaried employee from March 2019 - so now my query is do we need to show her employment as well ? Actually I dont want to make her case complicated by adding all her bank statement, letters and pay slips. And it is very difficult for her to get all the documentation as she is working with a recruitment agency as a temporary employee. I am thinking to mention in the additonal comments that she is working but as my salary is well above the requirement therfore do not need to provide additonal documents.

*Secondly i just read that on employment letter, company needs to confirm that the pay slips are genuine.
I had not written any thing like this before for my wife visas. All my pay slips are original and coming to my home address every month. Therefore i think its not required, more over on my company letter my Gross salaries are well explained for the last 6 month.

*I am also bit concern about the application date as my last pay slip for Feburary 2019 was issued on 18th Feb 2019. I had read some where that the last pay slip should not be more than 28 days old. So if we will get the appointment date after 18th Feb than i need to do all the documentation again means I need to add the march pay slips, bank stataemnt and new employmnet letter. If that the case then i am thinking to get urgent appointment.

*One last query is that, can we change the UKVCAS appoinmtnet and before appointment when do we need to upload the documnet.If we cannot upload any document then will UKVCAS will upload them ?
