EU Citizen Getting Married to Non-EU Citizen After Brexit

I am an Irish (EU) citizen with settled status in the UK. However, my fiancé is a non-EU citizen and we will be getting married overseas in the summer. Under current EU rules I would then be able to enter the UK with me as an EEA citizen and my wife as a non-EU spouse of an EEA citizen. But what will the situation be after Brexit?

Does anyone know if we will be able to enter the UK with me as an Irish (EU) citizen along with my wife, as a non-EU citizen in August 2019, after Brexit and during the transition period?
