Selfemployed - HSMP -How to start inUK

Dear all,

I have qualified for HSMP approval. I am planning to land in UK in the month of Nov 08. I am a self employed and got approval. My question is :

1. Do I have to invest certain amount compulsorily after landing in UK? If possible link please
2. Can I work on a normal job with out doing business after qualifying as a self employed in HSMP.

can my wife work for our company as permanent, can she be shareholder?
will it be destroy our extension matter.

If you are HSMP Visa holder, you are allowed to do any number of jobs in UK simultaneously. (Provided that the company in which you are currently working allows you to work for other company)

Spouse of HSMP Visa holders have same working rights as the main Visa holder, i.e. they can work for any employer.

thank you for your answer . The matter is a little bit more complicated than ı told you before I need a link which explains the steps.
It would be grat if you can provide one.

let me open the question more specificly,

I would like to be agent /mediator
I will match the exporter and importer needs together, and I will be paid commission. I will use the amount what I earned of this activity for extension of HSMP.

I do not know if I should register to anywhere for that as a company or not. there is also some issues about the documentation. How I can invoice the services bla bla....

Can you provide me a link about it?
