lLR FOR PBS DEPENDANT CONTINUATION OF LEAVE

Hi

I recently got ILR through Tier 2 general set(o) -Super priority service.
I would need help for my wife ILR visa .
My wife Initial visa for Tier 2 general dependent visa granted from 22nd April 2014 -29/03/2016. She cleared Entry clearance on 26th May 2014.

She left Uk on April 2015 for our baby delivery and applied for Tier 2 PBS dependant extension online on 18th March 2016 after I got extension visa. Visa granted for my wife and baby to enter on May 2016-June 2016 and BRP received after one month of arrival .

Did She break continuation of leave ? --She don't have visa from 30/03/2016 to 10th May 2016 until tier 2 visa extension dependant visa granted .

Now her visa expires on 13th April 2019 --How quickly she can apply for ILR ?

I will appreciate if you could help us replying to this post

Did She break continuation of leave ? --She don't have visa from 30/03/2016 to 10th May 2016 until tier 2 visa extension dependant visa granted .

No as she had visa until 30/03/2016 and applied for an extension before visa date expiry. Her absence is not relevant as PBS dependants have no asbcece limit unless visa was issued after 11 Jan 2018. She can apply for ILR

Is she apply 28 days before 5 years period calaculation starts from date of initial application submitted or intial tier 2 visa granted period ?
