EEA Family Permit - Help please :))

Post by jfmombiela_ » Sun Mar 17, 2019 2:11 pm

Hi,

I have been reading the FAQ for Family Permit, but I still would like to make sure of the following questions. Please, could you reply when you have some time 🙏🙏🙏

We are married: Spanish living and working in the UK for more than 2 years - Russian wife still in Russia

Passport

1. Do we need to submit the full passport or only the ID page? Should I send her a certified copy to take to the visa centre?

Plans to live together

2. How can we provide this information? Should I prove a transfer made to my bank account from her?

If household

3. "Not requiered for EU permit". Would that be enough?

Proof of relationship

4 .We are planning to submit the multilingual marriage certificate. Is that enough? Should I send her the original? Would it be enough with a copy? Does it need to be certified?

Copy of EEA Visa

5. She will take her passport to the Visa center. Is that ok?

Evidence that the sponsor is living in the UK

6. Not required for "EU Family permit", is that ok? Should I provide a few payslip in order to prove that I am living in the UK? And a letter from my employer?

Information about your visit Documents showing any plans you have made

7. Should I include under this point the cover letter (invitation) for her?

Home address Documents showing where you live

8. "Not required for EU permit". Would that be enough? Would it be better to include my tenancy agreement?

Other documents

9. What other documents are advised? Whatsapp messages (4 screenshots per month?), emails, length calls, postcards?
Wedding pictures with family and friends?
Flight tickets for meetings?
Bank transfers?
Anything else?
