Website for Visitor Visa

Hi

I am on Tier2 ICT in uk and would like to apply for Visitor Visa for my parents from India.
As per information from govt website i can complete and pay for visitor visa application from website
https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... visit-visa
However many threads here asks to use
https://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/home/welcome

Even on visa4uk website it says to use new service (which links to visas-immigration.service.gov.uk ) for visitor visa, but there is still an option in visa4uk to continue and apply for visitor visa. as below

I am confused which is right website for processing the visitor visa.
Can someone please suggest?
