Help with visa

Hi

I’m not unable to get married to my new partner here in the UK because me and my ex partner are still in the process of our divorce. My new partner’s student visa runs out soon, is there anyway i can help her remain in the UK. I don’t want her to return back

Please advice

The main way from Tier 4 to remain is to switch to tier 2. She needs to find a company with a Sponsor licence that is willing to give her a suitable role. That will give you the time to sort out your affairs prior to an application to marry and the route to a spouse visa.
