EEA Family Permit supporting documents

Hi guys
I’ve been visiting this site from time to time and it is really helped
I’m a Ghanaian
I applied for an eea family permit on 8th March in Ghana
My husband is living and working in UK since 2014 and we met in 2015

Here are the supporting documents I send

1. My Affidavit and Gazette since I made a statutory declaration because the spelling of my surname was confusing with two letters

2. Copy of my husbands passport

3.His tenancy agreement, pay slips , job contract and bank Statement

4. My passport

5. Receipts of payment of proofs of money received from him through worldremit from 2016 to 2018

6.Our marriage certificate


7.few photos of our meetings and marriage ceremony ( we got married this year )

8. And a letter form him confirming the invitation

9.screenshots of our chats on WhatsApp n Facebook messenger

10.My husbands permit resident cards


And also I didn’t submit any bank statement of my own and also no evidence of family remaining, are they necessary ?



I applied through tls contact and now my fear is that the documents aren’t enough
I have a feeling I had to add more

Do you think the HO will be satisfied with these Evidences .. any idea

I’ve been following this site and it’s been of a great help

I’m applying an eea family permit to join my eea National husband living in UK through tls in Ghana
We met in 2015 and got married this year

These are the supporting documents

1. My Affidavit and Gazette since I made a statutory declaration about my surname because it has two different spelling that just two letter difference and my family names


2. Our marriage certificate

3.some photos of our marriage ceremony and meetings

4.my husbands bank statement, work contract , his tenancy agreement,payslips and a copy of his passport ( but not certified or signed )

5.His UK pm resident card

6.copies of proof of money sent to me through worldremit from 2016 to 2018

7. Copies of our WhatsApp chat and Facebook messenger chats


My fear is that I didn’t submit any evidence of family remaining or bank statement of my own
And I’m worried my application might be refused

And also I have a feeling that my Evidence aren’t sufficient to satisfy the decision makers

Please anyone who has an idea about this can help me
