Sopra Steria Tracking

Hi All,
I applied for BC and submitted documents at Sopra steria
There has some issue between staff members while i was submitting document.
They lost people in their software queue management or something.
I am very concerned they take my document and Biometric properly or not.
I have not received any email from UKBA after the sopra steria appointment, that document processed or Biometric submitted etc.(My appointment was 7 days before)
Is there anyway to check / track Sopra steria actually submitted the document/Biometric?
