Declined how long to leave?

Hi I am currently in the UK under HSMP and applying for Tier 1 in late June , my visa expires on the 3rd of Aug , I think I have a good case but I like to prepare just in case and was wondering if I get news of my visa being declined how long I have to leave the country? I dont want any additional trouble when leaving (e.g a nasty overstaying stamp). Not being negative just would like to know, Thanks

I am also in same condition only difference being i am on WP, do you know any HO link where they have mentioned 28 days timeline, if u could please post the link on this thread it will be great

Are you applying for Tier 1 initial entry or applying for HSMP extension under Tier 1? Why do you think your case is not good enough to be approved - if I may take the liberty to ask.

For me i am hopefull that Tier 1 will get approved but just thinking of a scenario that if incase it dont go through how much time i have got to go back to India as my WP is expiring on 2nd July

Don't worry. If you have submitted all the necessary documentary proof as prescribed, then should be no reason for refusal.
