Realistically its anywhere between 6 & 10 weeks
Cost depend how you are going to apply , if on your own or with dependents alongwith your application.

If you apply all together - its £ 750

I'm going to apply only for me no depends.. in this case how much it will cost me?

Is this possible to apply for TIER1 before my 1 year in UK is completed or I have to complete 1 year then only I can apply for TIER1.?

Also about the duration:

as far as I know there are two levels involved in getting Tier1, which are level 1. Getting approval
level 2. senidng the application.

if I'm correct, is this possible to do this process separately, I mean I'm going to complete my one year in August-12th and I'm going on vacation on 3rd week of October to India.

So my plan is to get approval before going on vacation, once I come from vacation I can send the application.

Please suggest me what can be done.
